    Sudoku - Casual Games


    Last month the new version of Sukoku was working perfectly.

    This month the startup screen continues to display the 3x3 grid with changing numbers, but does not go into the game (main menu).

    Could the system think I am still playing? logged in?

    Tried to uninstall, and re-install to no avail.

    Could it be a registry setting?



    Any suggestions would be appreciated -

    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

    This is a system generated notification so, more likely this is the system required to play this game when in tablet mode.

    We highly recommend consulting this issue directly to the Microsoft Casual Games support website Accessibility in Microsoft Sudoku – Microsoft Casual Games (zendesk.com), click General > Accessibility in Microsoft Sudoku then look for the Submit a request option in the middle part of the website.
