Sudoku cannot connect to xbox

Discus and support Sudoku cannot connect to xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft. This has been going on for over 2 days now. What is the problem.     Sudoku cannot connect to xbox


    Microsoft. This has been going on for over 2 days now. What is the problem. This is very discouraging and just adds to the frustration over the past year with Microsoft store applications. Come on, this is not that difficult. FIX THE PROBLEM!

    Sudoku will not connect

    Sudoku says it cannot connect to internet, but connection is running reliably. Cannot sign in.

    Problem with access to Sudoku

    I have the exact same problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled with no result. I can click on the green xbox button in the upper right hand corner of Sudoku and be signed into xbox without any problem. I can exit Sudoku, sign into xbox, and punch the
    "play Sudoku" button, which initiates Sudoku, but Sudoku still says it cannot connect to xbox.

    I have on a couple of occasions seen a message momentarily when I first initiate Sudoku that seems to imply that this is a new version of Sudoku and you don't have to sign into xbox to play it. But then I don't have any history
    of my playing Sudoku over the past 4 years. The message disappears before I can study it. Is there a new version of Sudoku that is causing my problem?

    There seems to be some problems with the service.

    Let's hope MS fixes it soon.

    I have the exact same problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled with no result. I can click on the green xbox button in the upper right hand corner of Sudoku and be signed into xbox without any problem. I can exit Sudoku, sign into xbox, and punch the

    Sorry, we can't sign you in. Try signing in at Xbox.com and then start this app again

    I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.

    Same thing here. Yesterday all was fine. Today everything is gone and I can't connect to Xbox, so my entire history is now gone.
    The basic problem seems to be (as identified in an even more recent post) that Sudoku cannot link with the Xbox server, even though Solitaire and other games running on the system have no problems and you can link to your Xbox profile from the same 'error
    tile' that is telling you that Sudoku can't!! Why does Microsoft keep breaking this game?!!

    before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.
