    Sudoko constantly freezing due to ad box downloads


    I'm quitting XBOX Sudoku on Windows 10. It gets too frustrating to deal with it's freezing when the ad box is slow to update, which is constant on my computer (new computer). The timer doesn't stop, just the game. Not fun at all. There are better Sudoku
    games out there to play.

    Freezing due to ad interrupts

    Please contact Arkadium and get them to fix the ad interrupt issue with this game. I love the game but it is too frustrating to play. The ads either won't load or they play in slow motion. If it is an expert level and it is timed the time continues to
    function but the game doesn't.

    Puzzle freezes

    I have problem with ads freezing puzzle especially Glasses.com ,all black ad box, and all white ad box, these three ads completely freeze the puzzles for the entire time they are on there, have gone thru all procedures suggested by xbox tech Jerric has suggested
    and still to no avail, the puzzles all of them are still freezing. looking forward to a reselution to this problem, thanks - Richard Handy

    Thanks. I'll try both these. However, I am in the UK and there is an indication in the casual games community's signing in that it only is available for US citizens. I'll try anyway.

    I have exactly the same experience. It is very frustrating and has also occurred with Minesweeper and others. It wont even let me download it. It just locks everything up. I also agree about the number of ads. Having accepted that one has to endure them,
    being bombarded could make me go away forever. I will not pay to remove them. Why should I?

    Same issue here - restarting and re-setting up does not fix. No matter what, X1 box constantly freezes thru the XBOX One... :(
