    Suddenly won't let me play live


    Ive been playing xbox live for a while with gold, and then all of a sudden my live didn't work and brought up the screen to buy xbox live, I was still paying for gold every month. Why can't I play live?

    Won't let me play Xbox live anything!

    Trying to play fortnite and it continued to do this every time I reset my Xbox and the game, thanks for your **** servers.

    If this is the account you had the gold on, you don't show as having gold here. You may want to verify your subscription at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account and look for any errors. If you see any, or it shows you are supposed to be gold, you'll want to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Log in here account.microsoft.com/services and see what it says about your subscription. If it says anything like past due, suspended, etc. Then you will need to contact support directly
    to get the issue resolved. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    If that is not the case then try logging out of all profiles on your console. Remove your profile completely and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug
    the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile, log in and try playing online.

    Xbox won't connect to wireless network.

    It is the internal adapter, and I am using WPA (2) Security. I am able to see my wireless network when it scans. Sometimes it will allow me to log in to live, and I'll be playing a Halo game or something online, and suddenly it will log me out. And then
    after that happens, it won't let me log back in for around 6 hours.
