    Suddenly unable to access Xbox One Preview forums - please help!


    After some time away recently due to a family health crisis, I returned and attempted to log in to the Xbox One Preview forums. I found the forum redesign had happened, but it appears I no longer have access to the forums, despite having two consoles enrolled
    in Preview (and still receiving updates). Could someone please look into this and correct it, or advise on what has happened?

    Same problem for me. Once the forums were updated, I'm still in the preview program but unable to access the preview forums. Seems like no help is available for this.

    Sorry to hear that, but at least we know we're not alone. Going to try reaching out via other avenues of support as well, I'll let you know if I hear anything useful.
