    Suddenly stopped acknowledging my upgrade to Premium


    I purchased a year's subscription to Solitaire on 31 July of this year. Two days ago, the game suddenly quit acknowledging that fact, showing me ads and telling me I need to upgrade to get rid of them (and, in desperation, when I tried clicking the "upgrade"
    button, it told me there was an error and I needed to reinstall the game... which I've now done three times). I contacted support in chat and, apparently, my account shows that I have a subscription and should not be getting ads. The bot (or person robotically
    following a script) had me try logging out and logging back in, which did nothing, then told me that it was a problem with my Surface and I should talk to support there (yeah, I'm not entirely sure how that would help, either). I have since logged in with
    my account on several other computers and had the same exact issue.

    I'm hoping that posting my problem here might actually reach a real person who could possibly help, because I'm getting quite frustrated and a little bit annoyed at not having the access I paid for.

    Premium Microsoft Minesweeper downgrading

    I purchased the premium upgrade December of last year. For the last few weeks every time I start minesweeper a message window keeps popping up wanting me to upgrade. I click the window and message pops up acknowledging that my premium upgrade was good until
    12/18. How do I get this message window to stop popping up.

    Xbox One Kinect Stopped Working

    My XBoxOne suddenly stopped working last night as well. Was there an update recently or something? In addition to my Kinect suddenly bricking, it also stopped turning my TV & receiver off/on. The heck's going on?

    I am having the same issue. I have two computers and, of course, it is not on the one I use, but works fine on the other one. I also have the Premium Collection for Mahjong but there is not a problem with that collection.

    I, too, am frustrated and hoping a real person sees this and can provide a solution.

    I also am having a problem, but it started last month. Mine is a monthly thing, as I have had to many problems with Year or Lifetime
    Subscriptions. I have been purchasing monthly on my phone since last yr, and no problems. (I am disabled) I play on my phone (Win 10 Phone) and my puter (Win 10 puter, both synced). The first part of Last month I bought Premium when reminded and all was fine
    until I went to play on puter, No Premium...
    Go to phone, and has Premium, same Acct. just not speaking to each other. I came here and even Called Support (And Spoke to a Person) and they told me they were working on it, and
    NOT to purchase 2nd. (Then The Sanctimonious Twit told me it was a Win10 problem and to call them as it wasn't a real XBOX problem.)
    Then as my subscription was coming near due I tried to buy on puter and got the same message as Fen. Now this month the same. Have it on phone but not on puter.

  6. I have been trying to find some help with the premium issue but I can't get anyone to help me on it. It was working great but then it started telling me that I have to uninstall it and reinstall it from the store, which I did multiple times, and I keep
    getting the same message and I can't get anyone to help me with this. Maybe someone, somewhere, will actually be able to help us.

    Same problem. Just started yesterday. Have uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, and same problem. All my stats are there, but no longer premium. This is a real PITA! My subscription started in April, 2016. My account shows it as being subscribed, but game
    will not. I get same error codes as above post Frustrating!

    I started having this problem yesterday. Windows had just updated so I got in touch with Microsoft. It took forever to get them to understand that I had a subscription that still has 4 months on it.

    "The games work, right?", " Yes, but I have ads", "Oh, that is just an ad saying you can upgrade but you don't need to if you don't want", "There are ads when I try to start the game too. There shouldn't be any ads, that is what premium means, no ads!" Took
    forever to get through to them what was happening.

    I was then told it was an xbox live problem and I needed to contact them and of course their site was down yesterday. I'll see what I can accomplish today.

    As far as thinking you can get anyone to respond to you here, OMG, that has to be one of the funniest things I have heard in quite some time.

    I am having the same issue, but first I was receiving an error code of 101_107_1 and could not log in for a while. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app before I was finally able to log back in. I am logged in now but it's showing that I need to upgrade
    to premium and seeing ads whenever I click on a game in star club. I chatted online with Microsoft support and he directed me her and also mentioned that it could be do to recent Windows upgrade as well.

  11. I have the same problem. I uninstalled my version and then downloaded another version from the Microsoft store. I still get ads !!!!! Nobody with Microsoft can solve the problem. Also, when playing some challenges they reset back to a score of 0 . Bill
    Gates needs to redo Microsoft 10 ASAP.
