    Suddenly I have no xbox live subscription.


    I recenlty bought a 12 month subscription for xbox live, but now, a few days later, it says I have to renew it.

    Does anyone know what to do with this?

    Can’t access Xbox live subscription

    our Xbox live subscription expires in April 2019 and suddenly this morning it says your account does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality.

    Xbox live saying no account for son

    My son suddenly can't access any xbox live services on his profile. I'm on his xbox one as the adult and it works fine on my profile. No changes have been made to the account yet it's saying he doesn't have one anymore. The subscription doesn't expire until
    July. All network tests etc are fine

    1. please go to http://account.live.com and check if your subscription is correctly displayed there. If it's not showing there you have to phone the official support for clarification.

    2. You may check this thread and follow the suggested steps in post #2 there.
