    Suddenly Being logged out of profile in the middle of gameplay.


    So for the last two days now, I will be playing on my Xbox One 2TB slim model, and in the middle of game play I'm suddenly signed out of my Xbox Live profile and taken to the title screen. I have no idea why its keeps doing this, all I get is a message about
    the controller linked to the profile. Anybody have ideas?

    Once i'm logged in it's fine for an hour or so then i'm logged out and have to keep entering a code at youtube.com/activate?. Anyone else have this or has any answers?

    Hey Dirac!

    Hmm. What is the exact error message you get? And do you get an error code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) alongside it? Does this happen in every game you play or only specific ones?

    The first thing you can try is
    power cycling     your Xbox One console to see if that helps. Also, have you tried connecting your controller to your console via USB to see if that helps?

    Give it all a shot and let us know how it goes. Suddenly Being logged out of profile in the middle of gameplay. :)

    I've received no error codes when this happens. It basically just says profile logged out sign in with controller. Then I'm forced to the dashboard no matter what and lose any unsaved data. I did connect it with my usb yesterday every thing was going good
    no problems then I needed to charge the battery. but about an hour after that it gave me the same message and booted me from my profile while connected with the cable. That was the longest session of playing since the issue started and it was a couple hours
    of play. The days before that its was about every half hour to forty five minutes.

    And another thing I noticed was that it wasn't disconnecting live or my internet connection, just logging me out of the only profile on the device.

    I tried a downloaded game rather than the disc based one I was playing, and no problems

    So you're getting kicked out of a single, disc based game then? What game is it? Are you able to try that disc on a buddy's console maybe to see if it's specific to that game?

    The more things we can test to narrow down, the better. Suddenly Being logged out of profile in the middle of gameplay. :)
