Sudden problem using xbox one and 360 simultaneuosly

You should not have to pay for XBOX Gold on one user name twice. The user name should cross over. Make sure you are signed into the account you have gold purchased on in order to use it on your XBOX 360 and XBOX One.

You're X Box should be getting roughly the same as your laptop. A lot of variable come into play...How far is your X Box away from your router (Is your laptop much closer?), hardwired or wireless? Open ports? Is your X Box prioritized on your network? Etc..

My X Box is farther away than my laptop yet still gets the same speeds; the only thing different is my ping is usually slightly higher, and that can be attributed to using M.S. servers while doing the test for the X1 as opposed to speedtest on my other equipment.

2 ) If it was that kind of problem, how come all of a sudden it worked and then disappeared and everything?

3 ) Why putting the XBOX 360 not no problem?

The controls of my ADSL line has been made and it works . My ADSL only works with the XBOX 360. Here we talk with XBOX ONE at the end on the functions of a HOME PAGE . And I emphasize once again if it is not clear. This is about a new generation . That since
the last update from problems .

Have you configured any portforwardings on your router for the 360? If so please disable them as the One needs basically the same ports, so if they are already in use by the 360 they cannot be used by the One and lead you to a strict NAT there.

Also please take a look at the ports opened by UPnp and erase them for the same reason.

To provide you more help on your problem it is absolutely necessary to know what router you are using and what you have configured already.

Also it is important to know if you have had this problem from the beginning of if it just happened out of a sudden.
