    Hi,

    Today I added my credit card as a payment option, everything was fine. Then I went onto my credit card account and saw Xbox took €1 from my card. I suspect this is some sort of way to try and test the connection between my card and payment services, but
    I got no notifications of messages whatsoever that they would do this. Neither can I find it online anywhere else.

    I checked my E-mail, to see if there was an explanation there, but nothing again. I am asking, is this normal, or is this a fraud? It happened immediately after I added my credit card as method, and it's a brand new card, I have never used it anywhere else,
    so phishing is unlikely.

    i have the money cause the card was created but xbox doesnt accept it

    It's normal to see a verification charge like that for services like this. It should be refunded after a few days.

    It's normal to see a verification charge like that for services like this. It should be refunded after a few days.

    It is asking you for a credit card because you do not have enough money in your account. You have 110 Euros and the item is 109.49 Euros. However, you have forgotten about the tax. Because of this the amount of the item will be more than 110 Euros and
    means that you then need the credit card or paypal attached to your account to cover the difference.
