    Sudden Crashing of PC


    I am experiencing an issue with my PC, more specifically when I am playing Destiny 2.

    It only seems to happen once or twice then seems to stabilize after these initial issues.

    I can be playing with no issue then suddenly my screen will freeze and my PC will restart itself for no apparent reason. I have tested this on many other games and have had no issues what so ever.

    The main Error / Critical messages I am receiving in event viewer are.

    Critical - Kernel-Power and I have recently seen something about a bugcheck error.

    I've tried many different fixes from the Destiny forums but none have worked. Recently carried out a full fresh install using the windows tool as well.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Same here. It was working great for almost a year (and I was playing it often) with no crashes. Then all of a sudden I can't even open a puzzle before it crashes, can't even get to the point to pick a puzzle. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting
    with no luck.

    External Hard Drive is ready / Installation stopped

    I have the exact same issue. When I load up a game it all of the sudden crashed and says that the external hard drive is ready. It's really annoying.
