"Sucks" just doesn't seem to cut it.

I have been an Xbox fan and user since the original came out.

I don't even want to count the thousands of dollars I'm sure I've spent over the years on new games and accessories. Let alone new consoles.

I was with you 100% when the 360 was red ringing. I even went through 3 consoles myself. Didn't bat an eye on it. I loved my xbox.

I "enjoy" my Xbox One. It is now the most used piece of equipment in my apartment. I even got rid of Netflix because I can just watch stuff on youtube now.

But this is horse ***.

You digital downloads are abhorrently slow. I want to give my money to developers as much as any gamer and cut out the middle man who gouges us on returns/trade ins. But when it takes 2 hours to download 22% of a game, that I can't even play past the prologue
(Wolfenstein New Order)? Who the *** is on your end throttling download speeds. Whoever it is I hope he's chemically sterilized.

Not to mention your abysmally poor "Xbox Rewards" program. Do you know how many threads I have read where account holders have the same problem as me? Hundreds.

"Nobody will tell me who to talk to."

"You need to contact forum support and they should help you.", "Forum support can't fix this problem you need to contact Microsoft support." Meanwhile the xbox rewards forum hasn't been updated in close to a month last I checked.

And now they only way to get this to someone on your end is to post in a forum that's moderated by some minimum wage *** who thinks he's better than this job and won't update the forum til he's damn good and ready!

Like I said, Xbox user since the OG days. When the newest gen was announced I had no hesitation on what platform I would support. I downloaded Titanfall and thought that the slow speed was because it was hugely popular. Now I see it's just because the company
I once favored in the video game industry just doesn't seem to want to expend the resources to make their product worth it.

I wish I could erase this mistake. But you've got me for too much money now. I can't simply give it all back and get a Playstation 4. I doubt anyone will ever read this, let alone send an honest reply. But I think I speak for a MAJORITY of console users
who are fighting to keep their brand loyalty intact when I say; Your service sucks. And there just isn't really a stronger word I can think of that doesn't border on the obscene to describe it better.

The game doesn't suck. You just suck at it. You can't just run around, mindlessly hacking and slashing everything with ease like in Skyrim. Learn to play the game, and you won't constantly die.

From what I can tell, as far as the console goes, all you are mad about is the download speeds? If you have a disc version of a game, disconnect from your network, and download it that way.

Xbox is constantly updating, constantly changing. Gotta give it some time before going off the deep end man. Xbox 360 had some pretty crappy things too, got to remember how bad it was.

As for rewards, isn't that only an Xbox 360 thing? Why post an Xbox 360 problem along with Xbox One?

All the same, your rant and complaints wont reach Microsoft's ears here. Only other users and sometimes the random ambassador. So I say, just wait, look up information about downloading games. Xbox still is a great console, service though...questionable

 

Quickest way disconnet from internet and download.Alot of people have slow internet just the wya it is for now

 

I read a forum where a guy was complaining about how bad his TWO Xboxes were on his Internet, saying it kept crashing his router. His internet upload speed was like 0.39, which is BARELY enough for one console to run. But, everyone always has to point
