Successfully Redeemed code not showing up to download

Purchased Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition Physical copy. Received the game installed it no problem. Redeemed the Bonus DLC code on Xbox.com it said it was successful and added to my account. When I go to manage game on the Xbox it does not show
the DLC anywhere. When I go to the store to see the DLC it shows that I can buy it at full price. The game launches fine but the DLC is nowhere to be found. Spoke to Xbox Support a few times and went through some trouble shooting (hard restart-reinstall-delete
profile) and nothing worked. Support did confirm that the code was successfully redeemed and on my account. I've used codes to redeem content after this had happened and they added to my queue no problem and downloaded successfully. Is there anyway to un-redeem
then re-redeem a code? Other posts about this topic said that the issue was resolved by getting a refund on their original purchase and then re-purchasing the content and all of the DLC was working as it should. My problem is that my copy is Physical and
not Digital and I cannot get another Bonus DLC code. Help.

Successfully redeemed code...not showing up

I have the same problem. Redeemed a code on Microsoft.com with no problems, but it does not show up on my XBox One as a payment option. Very frustrating as I have money to spend that I can't seem to touch!

Any ideas gratefully received.

Let me start off by saying I have combed the internet and tried everything suggested related to this issue.

First...i tried redeeming using the console itself...when I went to redeem code and manually enter it since I don't have a Kinect...it brought me to the Bing search bar of all things and was not working after repeated attempts.

Fine...I will go online and redeem it on the computer. Codes redeemed fine...but they don't show on the console no matter what I try. I did all the proper power settings...I have been scrolling right in the appropriate area to look for the ready to install...nothing
is working. The console was powered of for 6 hours after spending an hour of frustration working on it...still nothing. They show up on the "my games" area here in my browser on the computer.

I got this console for Christmas...and after owning about 5 Xbox 360's in my family since 2006...I'm not too impressed so far. It's redeeming a code for gosh sakes...not rocket science.

The two codes I redeemed were the NHL 40 gold packs and Guitar Hero live "Hero cash"

I have the same exact problem. Bought ultimate edition at GameStop. I was able to redeem and get the bonus cars from GameStop codes but unable to get VIP, All Stars or car pass. Code said it was redeemed but it isn't there for me to install.

 

the system is all kinds of messed up right now, i cant buy certain items in the store without being asked for parental consent (on a full adult account, which has no settings out of place etc.), and then when i try and view overwatch in the store via the
game hub i get an error message with a sad face and try again later.... its really weird on here at the moment and they're providing very little help if any at all.

 

I contacted support through chat. They said this is a big problem, added me to a "report list" and said they would get back to me within 72 hours.

 

Even though it sucks I'm glad i'm not the only one. I've tried 4 different Chat people and one on the phone. All have given me different answers. None of the helped me at all.

 

No one even helps me man lol just ignoring my issue because their system is wrecked and they don't want to acknowledge it

 

same issue here guys with the FH3 codes, just glad I not alone. I haven't even been able to chat with nobody on the chats yet and I have been on the line for 6 hours now.

No explanation or prognosis but, at least, an acknowledgement of a problem.

 

Turn 10 is aware of this issue also.
