    Xbox games not working

    Xbox games (not Xbox live) no longer recognize Xbox sign in. All of my downloaded puzzles have disappeared. Can no longer sign in to any plain Xbox Microsoft games. I have one Xbox Live game and that one works. What happened?

    Blu Rays and DVDs won't play - Error 0x80070006

    My console has worked great since 11/22 but as of 12/18, Blu Rays and DVDs will no longer play on my Xbox One. When I try to play a movie, I get error code 0x80070006. Games however still work for now. Two reps have tried to help me troubleshoot the issue
    with no success. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Hi I'm sorry but the guitars must be compatible with 360 not if you use a PS2 product on Xbox I'm sorry. The backward compatibility of Guitar Hero is not there, since lately they are no longer successful,
    I would recommend you buy an Xbox One game since you can use a real guitar.

    Success! I changed the channel that the wireless router was on and it's working now! I no longer get the "multiple networks" error and it started up just fine! Thanks so much!

    Unable to connect to Live.

    I restored factory settings (which took a lot longer than I thought it would) and directly routed it to my xbox with no success.

    Tried with the router because why not, also no success.

    Checked upnp and dmz settings for both devices, still nothing.

    The Xbox Console Companion app does not work with the Xbox 360, it only works with the Xbox One. If you are using the Xbox 360 smartglass app, that is no longer supported and no longer works with the Xbox 360.
