    help me, I have a problem of success.

    my success unlock all since 1 month.

    having called the technical service of Microsoft on several occasions they me were asked to perform several manipulations.

    1. delete my profile.

    2. empty system caches.

    3. empty the persistent storage.

    4. get offline wait 1 minute and get back in line.

    5 clear the mac address.

    6 turn off the console and unplug all cables, and then reconnect all.

    7 download my profile here, even after all this still nothing so I need your help, thank you.

    Xbox guide button

    Hey guys folk girls people,

    For some reason i cant use my guide button anymore. (The one tops on the controller to quickly go to dash) it doesnt work atall. Bought a new controller. No succes. Xbox updated no succes. Xbox app. No succes. Even tried to connect my controller to the back
    of the xbox no succes. And also controller update. No succes. Is it a system error? Cause i dont know anymore.

    Can't connect parties and games, tried everything!

    Okay we tried it.. No succes.

    We did the thing with the profiles and didn't worked.

    My friend even installed his old router and still no succes..

    Very frustrating.

    Make sure you're playing online when unlocking achievements. That way it's sync'ed automatically to your Xbox Live account. Otherwise, if you remove your profile after unlocking an achievement offline, you will have to do it again.

    Sometimes there are delays with achievements popping and sometimes, yes, they just don't pop when they are supposed to. :( I believe it is problems with the cloud based save/achievement system that the Xbox One uses. I've had issues with achievements not
    popping when you have done the requirememnts basically since the Xbox One came out. There are 3 things I would say:

    1. Wait and see if it pops on its own. Sometimes there is a big delay and it can pop minutes, hours, days or even a week later when you are randomly sitting on your Home screen or even playing another game.

    2. Try doing the requirements again to see if this will trigger it.

    3. View the locked achievement in full, when you look at the achievements on your console for the game. Sometimes by clicking on the locked achievement, it will force a scan and I have to pop all of my Minecraft achievements this way.

    Another thing too, is to check online and see if there are any reported bugs or issues with that achievement. Sometimes they are known to be buggy or glitchy or even unobtainable at times and needs a patch from the Developer.
