Succes Blocked after a Bug

Hello, I will contact you because voila, Ubisoft refers me to the support Xbox and the support to the Forum, because here I currently have a problem with a Succes on Watch Dogs 2 "Donut giant", that still block my after several attempt to Unlock It, So I
was asked to come closer to you with this file number: [Mod Removed - Please do not post reference numbers on our forums.] to make a request to unlock success. I hope to get an answer. I thank you in advance

Xbox guide button

Hey guys folk girls people,

For some reason i cant use my guide button anymore. (The one tops on the controller to quickly go to dash) it doesnt work atall. Bought a new controller. No succes. Xbox updated no succes. Xbox app. No succes. Even tried to connect my controller to the back
of the xbox no succes. And also controller update. No succes. Is it a system error? Cause i dont know anymore.

Sorry to see any frustrations, however we are unable to assist with individual achievement issues. We have an

achievement sticky with all of our troubleshooting steps that you will need to follow in order to resolve this on your own. If they don't help you out, there is a survey at the bottom of the post that you will want to fill out. This is sent to the team
that investigates achievement issues as a whole. Note that this will not resolve your individual achievement issues, but will provide information to that team to see if there is a larger issue at hand with the achievement and betters the Xbox experience.

Because there is no further troubleshooting we can provide, this thread will be locked. If you need assistance with any other support issues, please be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!

Sometimes it just needs some time. Sometimes it is a little buggy. Just be persist. Try power cycle your console as described on the bottom
of the page. Then try to remove and add again your account on the console. Next thing is factory reset your console with option:
keep my games and apps. If after that nothing happens contact support.
