Subtitle's are being read

Discus and support Subtitle's are being read in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When watching TV on my Xbox One, on some TV Shows the subtitle of that show are being read.     When watching TV on my Xbox One, on some TV Shows the subtitle of that show are being read. I would like disable that, how can I do that.

    Closed captioning is already disabled by the way.

    Somebody doesn't like to read. lol

    Seriously though, they should have done what the movie "The 13th Warrior" (and I'm sure others) did. Started out with non English language with subtitles, then slowly switch to English with no subtitles. I personally don't mind reading subtitles, but it could get annoying for some after a bit.

    The game should be in French with subtitles... But US citizens are pretty lazy and don't want to read.

    Is this not something that has been turned on in the settings of your cable box or maybe coming from the channel itself?

    So if you connect your cable box directly to your TV the subtitles are gone?

    Yes, my cable box is directly connected to my Xbox One. The subtitles are not gone, but are being read aloud.
