    I don’t know if this only a problem with me or many other people but my subscriptions keep auto renewing themselves even though I turn it off. I have contacted microsoft support twice in the past day just for them to cancel it but apparently they are unable
    to do this because of the new system. However, on the 16/4/2019, only 4 months ago this problem was resolved my microsoft staff with the same system which to me makes no sense as he was able to cancel it instantly. So over 4 months microsoft finally told me
    this is unable to happen and i have to wait 60 days just for automatic cancelation yet they could do it. I have honestly almost given up with the amount of errors occuring and one more thing if I have money in my microsoft balance, I should be able to use
    that instead of using a credit card or mobile phone data.

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
