    Hi all, I've just bought a console for my step son to play on. The idea was for him to just use it privately like on his ow or with a mate using two consoles, reason for this is because I've not got unlimited internet (about 15GBpm) & I didn't want a direct
    debit because my monthly budget is tight as it is. I'm trying to get the console set up today though & it's already trying to get me into subscriptions, so figured I'd have a live chat with a microsoft advisor & go with the best deal avaiable... but then
    remembered this is microsoft & they don't do customer support... Feeling a bit like buying him a motor bike would've been a better option right now to be honest. Can anyone offer any advice on what opitions are available to me to get this thing working? Thanks

    Waaaay off mate.Or do you mean in the xbox one discussion forum or in the forums in general?

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
