Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

Hi! As mentioned refunds are handled by Xbox Support. That being said, I don't think you can get a refund for already paid subscriptions unfortunately.

 

Contact official xbox support, use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

They are the only ones that can decide if they refund or not.

Contacting support should be able to help you for sure, but if you ever want to have this done in the future without contacting them we do have instructions on the site on how to

cancel your Xbox Live Gold subscription and
how to request a refund if you're interested.
