    Subscriptions required if in a Family Acct


    As the parent, I have our account set up to Family. I subscribe to the Ultimate subscription. I have now added my daughter to the Family Account, does this mean she has access to using the Ultimate benefits and I can cancel her EA Console Subscription
    so I am not paying more than required and she won't lose access to the Xbox Console?

    Were they planning on informing those with a current, active Family Subscription? I never received notice the service was discontinued and in a few months I would be faced with spending $160-$240 for 4 gold accts.

    You can leave the family at anytime, and if your acct has a DOB of 18+ you will be an adult acct.

    If you are a child acct, you will have to have an adult (parental acct) attached to you UNTIL the DOB reaches 18+ AND the parent promotes you to an adult acct.
