    Hi

    my problem - organiser of family is no longer around but still has control of child's live subscription. is there a way i can update the subscription to remove this person. i have choose to remove person but they will not do this. is my only option to reset xbox and start from scratch. thanks.

    You show as being a gold member, I wonder if the system just needed some time to update things. Can you try again to get on LIVE and let us know how it goes? Other then that, you will need to contact phone support to work this out.

    when ever I try to download the free Xbox360 games it says to add a payment option I don't like using my card online and what sucks is that the game was free in the store I cant even use Xbox Gift cards to download them

    Till now there is no news regarding an eventual change in the method of payment regarding xbox live subscription and the only valid method remains the credit card. Although even other gamers are requiring to change method and you can join them with a vote

    Yet you can still avail of the xbox live membership through prepaid gold cards purchased by the third party providers.

    This person is not paying the bill bill paid on other persons card from joint account.
