    Okay so I had Xbox game pass and it just expired today, now I have friend to play 2k21 and call of duty Cold War and whenever I try to play online with those two games it takes me to the option to where I have to choose a new Xbox game pass plan or Xbox live gold plan. The thing is I don’t want ultimate and I have gold, I was told to look at my subscriptions and it showed me that my ultimate was canceled and I fully restart my Xbox and everything and it is still showing me that I need a game pass plan. Mind you I have tried to use the disc for both games and the outcome was the same.

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
