    I have paid out for 2 month subscriptions and neither to my own account. I can't cancel subscriptions that are on someone else's account so unless I can make then cancel (I dont know who one of them even are) then I can't cancel? I've tried to get i touch, all I get is automation and now I received an email saying I have no subscription on my account and must be logged into an account to stop subscription. Very frustrated, what am I supposed to do and can I claim that money back as its xbox that won't let me cancel so their fault.

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
