    I just purchased xbox live ,but when I go to do anything it brings up the menu to buy xbox live again.i can't go online or do really anything I need help.

    Hopefully Getting My First XBox One Today!!!

    Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

    Similar issue....bought subscription but still not working. When I checked settings>subscriptions it shows that effective date is not until tomorrow. This makes absolutely no sense. It should be effective the date
    of purchase. Not sure this applies to your situation but thought I would let you know what I found out.

    You know,the discussion forum where we discuss things & is not in any way a support forum which is clearly indicated on each forum as a separate forum where you go for support which is where you can't get support for enforcement queries as you are told
    in the email you were sent when you got suspended but you couldn't be bothered to read as you got suspended for no reason & are now going to PS4 ( that last bit is important)

    As long as you know the email and password for you original account you should be able to get into that account.

    If you do not remember the email or password but know the gamertag you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamer tag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address associated
    with that account.
