Discus and support subscription wasnt added? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; About 4 days ago i activated/redeemed a code for 3 months live (cost £14.99) .     About 4 days ago i activated/redeemed a code for 3 months live (cost £14.99) .

    It did come up with an error but afterwards the date my live ran out had been updated and all seemed good (was going to run out on 24/12/2016 and had updated to 3 months after this as expected) .

    I just went in to check deals and check i had claimed the free games with xbox live and it seems to have reverted to the old date it was going to run out (24/12/2016). Problem is i no longer have the code as i chucked it thinking all was good.

    Yeah, I wasnt notified of not being able to use the Microsoft Account money for subscriptions so I pretty much waisted 40 dollars myself

    Why do we pay for Live?

    That's what I feel like I use my devices and consoles for the most often is Netflix and Hulu. If it wasnt for the fact that our friends want to multiplayer ( as does family half way acrossed the country) with us, and we need live for that we'd not bother with it at all. We normally only have a live subscription half the time.
