Subscription until Jan. 25th, yet it says I don't have Gold.

Hey all.

Since yesterday morning, my Xbox One has said that I need to have Gold to join parties and play online, yet I have an active sub until January 25th, 2015.

Commerce.Microsoft says my sub is there, too

Would someone please help, I just want to play with my friends

My Xbox One failed to load Xbox live profile

Hello,

When I start an online game, it says "Failed to load profile. The selected account does not have multiplayer privilege".

I've triple check, my subscription to Xbox Live Gold is active (until 25th October 2017).

It was still working this morning.

Help me please, I don't know what to do ?

 

Xbox Live Gold not working

My Son has a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold purchased Jan 2018. Until recently it has worked fine but now no game he tries will recognise he has Xbox live Gold subscription. Any game he tries to connect to live it comes with the subscription screen
to purchase 3 months, 6 months etc. He definitely bought 12 months in Jan 2018 and I can check this in account details and order history. Within the Xbox one, settings, subscriptions it says "subscribed" and gives the date of renewal as 06/01/19 (Jan 2019)

 

I believe their side is still messed up because I can't even play a game right now. My games crash 10secs in with a "To start (game title) we must make sure you're signed into Xbox Live'' but I am signed in. So yeah, it's great to know that I can't even
PLAY a single-player GAME without Live, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE LIVE.

I'm getting so frustrated with Xbox, been going on for two days, yet your service alerts show that everything is fine. Such a lie.

 

I had a 14 day subscription trial that started on 12/20/2014, that conveniently disappeared from my records Christmas day, when everyone said the system was back up yesterday i used another one and now there is no record on my account. If i try to use the
code again(this time online instead of on ONE) it says the code has already been activated. Really afraid to submit my year subscription without knowing if it will actually go through or if they will remember me for the lost subscription time, system is definitely
still down.

I have proof i had the subscription before Christmas due to the Titan Fall achievements but there is no record of ever having a Gold account.

Hope this gets fixed soon.
