    "Stay Gold, renew now" message still up

    ive recently renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription, but the message on the home screen telling me to renew is still displayed. is there any way to get my home screen back to simply displaying deals and new games?

    Xbox One says it is connected to wifi and that my live subscription is active for another 10 months, but will not connect to Xbox Live

    My xbox one is currently stuck on the home screen, allowing me to access settings, profiles, and other internet-powered features of the home screen tab on the Xbox One. However, although it confirms through the Settings>Subscriptions>Xbox Live that I have
    a current Xbox Live Gold Subscription through early next year, the button to connect to Xbox Live on the home screen remains and will not let me select it. I have confirmed there are no issues with Xbox Live itself and that my xbox is connected to my home
    wifi and that the internet is working. Any ideas? Thanks!

    i basically tried telling tech support and they were very patronizing and when i only wanted to know if there was a fix. tried telling me my xbox was broke
