    Subscription shown on PC app isn't in account subcriptions on the site?


    Having a look at my Xbox Gamepass using the PC app it mentions under the subscriptions for my account that I have a "xbox game pass for console" that will auto-renew on the 4/22/2020. Pressing manage opens up the subscription page on the website, but on
    that page the only active subscription shown is my "xbox game pass ultimate" that says it will next be charged on 30th september 2020. There is no indication that there is one that will expire this month like the app mentions, and the only "xbox game pass
    for console" that page shows is already cancelled.

    I can't figure out why the PC software says theres a console gamepass sub that will end this month and it'll auto-renew, when the site doesn't say that. Am i looking in the wrong place? How do i manage that subscription if it doesn't show on the page?

    Please confirm the account that has the subscription active here

    If the account has the subscription active please use that same email in the Microsoft store app (not the Xbox app), the best will be log out, then restart the Pc and log back with the same email as in the services site

    You can't play on PC, Xbox or Cloud?

    If is on the Pc, you need to log out of the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, restart the PC and log back in both apps, but in the Microsoft store app you need to use the email that has the subscription active

    If this happens on console, please delete the profile from the console, power cycle the console and then redownload the account

    If this is in the cloud, at the bottom of the site please be sure that you are logged in the same region than the one you purchased the subscription

    I've checked my subcriptions/billing info but there's nothing wrong there, I assume if there was I wouldn't be able to download other games. I've downloaded several lately, it just seems to be this one that isn't working.
