Subscription Refunds?

So apparently I have been paying for xbox game ultimate pass for the past 4 months due to the recurring payments I had no idea about and I'm trying my best to find how to refund the subscription, I already canceled and it didn't automatically say I was
due a refund, I then tried to go through the whole refund page and cause its a subscription it dosnt come up in my purchase history, I've contacted Microsoft over twitter jut to get sent to the before mentioned pages where its no use, I sold my xbox ages ago
and the account hasn't been used since then can't xbox find out last time my account was used
