    I see on my microsoft account that I have a subscription to XBox and the details on my account are that 29.99 will be charged to me on Nov 27. I am seeing on my bank account that the money has already been taken from my account on November 23.

    Please advise as to why my account is not updated to indicate that the subscription has been paid.

    Sorry, but it's not possible to purchase a gold subscription with points/currency. Gold can only be purchased with a credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid subscription in a store. The currency in your account is not set up to work with a recurring
    subscription which is what you would be purchasing.
