    Subscription problem


    Hello!

    Probably wrong place where to contact but there is no better options. Microsoft support chat is not working properly. After few messages I'm not able to answer anymore.

    I was active xbox subscriber since December, 2015. Currently have no time for games and decided to cancel subscription for some time. I canceled subscription at 01/05/2018 but 2 days later I was charged anyway. Through support chat I was trying to get refund
    but no success because of problems with chat. May I ask some person from Microsoft contact me through email? I will not waste my time with chats anymore - chat is broken. At least on MAC, Safari browser.

    I was told that Microsoft charged me for previous month and not upcoming month. Seriously? I bought my xbox one at December, 2015. I used free 1 month xbox gold subscription (came with xbox one) and first time was charged at 06 January, 2016. It is clear
    that Microsoft over charged me.

    Microsoft can ignore me. No problem. In such case I will sell my xbox and buy playstation instead. Respect customer or loose it.

    I did subscribe to Xbox Live Reward since 3/4 weeks. At now still no update. I've preordered a game (Prey) but the counter on the site is 0. I aswered a survey, but nothing change. On My Dashboard results G:? and Member Rewards sins:
    ??? (? is exactly the character writed).

    Please culd you help me understand?

    We do not see a recent registration event for this gamertag. The ??? signs indicate that your account is not yet a Rewards Account, so that information is not being filled in. Have you recently changed any information on your Microsoft Account, like your
    gamertag, billable account information, or region information?

    This same issue happened to me. What you need to fo is allow the ultimate subscription to fully end. Wait until the day after the noted expiration date on your ultimate subscription. Once you can no longer access parties or online games because you don’t
    have xbox love gold. Try again to buy a subscription. You can also try buying a prepaid card.

    Hi M, As you have not yet payed for the Second Subscription, From that I take you only payed the first. Our Services cost money in order to keep the company going However, If you have paid the second you can simply just reply and i will give you further
    assistance. What you should take from this is pay the bill if it requires you to in order to use the Services. Hope I helped.

    Hello Scream,

    You will need to request a call from support and speak with an agent.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
