subscription problem done twice

Hi! I have an issue I bought the Xbox live gold membership twice and now I want to cancel one of it. let me tell you what actually happened was that, my subscription ended and I just went to (fortnite) a game , there they said me to purchase the xbox membership,
I didn't. Instead I went to buy from the original site. So when I purchased it, than I went back for the game and it again showed me the same thing and I was like WTH?

Than I bought the subscription from there(I bought 3 months subscription twice=$54)So, than I went to cancel it, it said it was successful but still in my billing info it was still there, can you help me out. It has been mare than a month and I can't do anything
but is there any possible way to get my one refund. Thanks!!!

Games crashing to dash.

This isn't a huge issue as it's only done it twice so far but, the reason I'm concerned is that my Xbox One has done it twice now with two different games in as many days. Has anyone had this problem? Should I be worried?
