    My game pass subscription auto renewed itself and now is pending. Will it be redeemed in a set amount of time or do i have to contact someone to fix it?

    I would like to first recommend contacting your bank/credit card company to find out if there's a hold on the payment.

    why can you not turn off recurring auto renew subscription???

    You can actually turn off the auto renew on subscriptions by signing into your account at account.microsoft.com/services and there would be an option there to turn off the auto renew as long as your subscription does not have a pending balance due for
    instance if for some reason your payment for the monthly subscription did not go through it will be in a pending state.
