Hello, during the week I can not pay for the xbox game pass. When I used a free trial version of the subscription, I tied a bank card of Ukraine with the currency in the form of hryvnia, the card was accepted, the free version was activated for 14 days.
Why, when the trial period ended, I cannot pay a subscription from my card, I have money in my account, currency conversion is enabled. Go forward Dear Microsoft, help solve the problem! Please!

Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

I can see here it says my payment option with that subscription is not valid, which is odd since I've been buying Gold with it since I got my XB1, furthermore, I have a recurring EA Access subscription with that exact card.

You show as being a gold member, I wonder if the system just needed some time to update things. Can you try again to get on LIVE and let us know how it goes? Other then that, you will need to contact phone support to work this out.

when ever I try to download the free Xbox360 games it says to add a payment option I don't like using my card online and what sucks is that the game was free in the store I cant even use Xbox Gift cards to download them

Till now there is no news regarding an eventual change in the method of payment regarding xbox live subscription and the only valid method remains the credit card. Although even other gamers are requiring to change method and you can join them with a vote

Yet you can still avail of the xbox live membership through prepaid gold cards purchased by the third party providers.
