    I play the Microsoft Solitaire Collection game regularly, usually on my Android tablet. To get rid of the annoying ads I purchased a subscription back in December. It works fine on my tablet, logged into my microsoft account, but if I want to play the
    same game on my Windows 10 pc it doesn't show that I have a subscription, even though I'm logged into the game with the same details and it's syncing the data correctly.

    Can anybody tell me how to fix this? As far as I'm aware the subscription should work across platforms. The only thing I can think of is that my Google account that I used to pay for the game is a different email address.

    Would appreciate any advice please!

    My google and microsoft accounts are under the same email address, but the purchase on the play store does not want to transfer to my pc even though I am signed into both versions of the game with the same microsoft account. I tried the restore purchases
    option in the pc menu but it says I don't have any purchases.

    I've already checked this and there isn't any setting for restoring the subscription, just one for purchasing a premium subscription which I already have but via the Google Play Store.

    There may be a restore purchases tab in the settings of the game which could potentially fix your problem and restore the subscription.

    I just encountered the same issue. I googled, but found no real solution. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 64bit. Than I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection through Start \ Settings \ Apps \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection and clicked on
    the button "Remove". Than I removed also XBOX Live. I rebooted my computer (laptop) and I went to the Microsoft Store and searched for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and downloaded / Installed it. Than I clicked on Start \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection (the
    new installed version) and launched it. Than it was auto synchronizing with my XBOX Live account and voila! It's now working again. Fast and smoothly. I hope it will also work on your computer.
