Subscription Not Working.

I have one year of gold, I went to go play and it says I need gold, if I go into my subscriptions it shows my 1 year gold but I don't have access to gold still. Really annoying and a damn waste of money, need help fixing this. I
already tried removing the account and adding it again, also tried resetting the console. Not sure what the problem is but it's driving me nuts. Also checked my account online and the subscription shows up.

12M Subscription not working?

Plus on my billing info it says 12 months but it says my member is vaild till 1/3/13? That means I just got beat for a month of live

Looking at your
Xbox.com profile, I can see that you were recently able to play Murdered: Soul Suspect and
Hand of Fate. Are you running into any other issues with any other games in particular? Or did the problem magically resolve itself?

If you still have issues, can you describe your problem more specifically for us? Like, what happens when you try to download the games? Do you get an error message and/or code? Are the games just not showing up in your Ready to Install? Having more specifics
will help us try to figure out what is going on here. Keep us posted!

I can't actually play them, though--I can download games I got through GwG fine, but trying to play them results in an error message saying "Make sure your subscription is active." Further, I can't download newer games, like this month's Project Cars for
example. My subscription is active, though; I can still play online games like Overwatch.

If this issue is getting appeared on every game and remains after resetting the console to the factory defaults (keep nothing option), please contact the Xbox support of your region, because there might be an issue with your Xbox account.

Please try
removing your profile (please ensure you remember your account email and password before doing this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back in. Did that solve the issue?

It can take up to 24 hours for status changes between the website and console. To help speed it up either recover your profile or test connection via the console.

Ok, well that's what's going on. Makes sense as it's been intermittent over the last few months but it's probably all down to them choosing cloud gaming and not realising it.
