    Is the purchase showing in your purchase history? If so, try power cycling the console, adding/removing your profile, or a hard reset.

    2. Check your subscription status by going to the Microsoft account website and selecting "Services & subscriptions." From there, you can see if your subscription is active and when it will expire.



    3. If your subscription is active, try signing out of your account on all devices and then signing back in.



    4. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache and cookies on your web browser or reinstalling the Xbox app on your devices.

    Why is my PAID subscription not working?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the subscription order as “completed”.

    Once confirmed, repair the game by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

    My subscription is paid but does not work

    Hi, I have my Xbox one since 2 years but today I have the same problem, because I bought a 1 month Live Gold Subscription, money taken from my bank account but I can't play any game online because everytime a message appears on the screen and ask me to pay
    again to use Live Gold.
