subscription not showing in Microsoft account

I purchased the 1.00 xbox gold deal recently but do not wish to continue with the subscription past this month. i have tried to go in and change the subscription details but they aren't there . Why not? and how do i access it.

If you can't see your subscription on any of the links posted above, check that you are signed in to the same Microsoft Account that made the original purchase. If you are, then you will need to contact Xbox Support to resolve the issue: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hi,

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ( click on manage near gold account ) , you can cancel the autorenewal or close the gold account.

From your pc, go to the MS site, then account, then payments options.

You´ll see your subscriptions listed down below.

Just change the auto renewal option.
