Subscription Money leaving my account

Hi for quite a while now ive been spending money on an account that isnt mine. i took off my subscription but yet money is still leaving my account. im wondering if it was from an old account years ago from my old xbox. how am i able to cancel this because
i cannot find my old xbox live account.

Help - Gold Membership NOT WORKING

Ill add my name to this list! My gold ran out last night and switched to the free account, I immediately renewed my gold subscription and my account has stayed on silver despite money leaving my bank and under billing on xbox.com it says im gold.

transferring money from paypal to microsoft account???

so i have my paypal account linked as a billing option.. i have money in my account(paypal) that i want to put towards a few xbox one games..

can i transfer my balance over to microsoft account? the money is for games.. i dont like leaving money in paypal in limbo..

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact your bank. Have them put a stop payment on that subscription. The card will be nuked after 2 months of non payment to xbox. Going forward.. use a different and up to date card or prepaid sub cards for subscription.

Contact support, if you cannot remember your old Microsoft account credentials, then another way to trace that account is through verification of your credit card detail since your credit card is attached to it. Tell the agent you want to raise an "unauthorized
charge" complaint to get the charges stopped as well, should the account be traced as not of your own belonging.

I know how to to manage _my_ subscriptions but how can i manage _my child’s_ subscriptions and purchases? I have a family grouping set up and do NOT want to leave an active credit card on my childrens’ accounts nor leave auto-pay on for their accounts
that i may not have full access to
