Subscription Issue

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you purchased a subscription but you are still unable to play online. I'd like for you to try performing a

power cycle on your console by doing the following:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
   on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button
   on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

If the issue persists, I'd like for you to try
removing and re-adding your account. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry you're having trouble paying for your Xbox subscription. Can you please provide me with more details about the issue? Are you getting any error messages when you try to pay?

The only way that this would be happening is if another account/profile has your xbox set as its home xbox and is sharing the gold with any other account on that console.

Please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps as mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile
