    Hello,

    I renewed my monthly subscription live Xbox Gold on December 13th 2017, I received a message on December 22nd, asking me to adjust my subscription. I first believed there may be an error and checked my paypal account and my Microsoft account, the payment
    had well been made on the 13th.

    Since I have no more access to the features of live gold Xbox and furthermore I had the surprise to see that the demanded amount had doubled (that is the amount of two months of subscription demanded for an already paid subscription).

    Did anyone already had the same issue ? Or now a way to fix it ?

    There have been some issues with live lately but if that's not it then i'd give support a ring & see if there's a issue with your account.

    So awhile back i subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass with a gift card, something I cant add funds to. When the day came to renew the game pass, I couldn't because I didn't enough funds on my gift card. I then thought, okay no biggie I'll just pay with my
    Microsoft funds. Only to find out I can't change my way to pay unless I renew the game pass. I tried unsubscribing, but I need to renew it. Its been a couple weeks and nothing has changed. I've tried everything. Nothing works unless I pay with something I
    can't put money in. I think that this is a stupid system. I should be able to change the way I pay any time I need to. This experience is ruining how I look at the game pass and Xbox itself. So if there's any possibility that I could change this, that'd be

    Issue with subscription

    Hey Scroull,

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand you purchased a subscription but you are still unable to play online. I'd like for you to try performing a

    power cycle
    on your console by doing the following:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
      on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button
      on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    If the issue persists, I'd like for you to try
    removing and re-adding your account

    The only way that this would be happening is if another account/profile has your xbox set as its home xbox and is sharing the gold with any other account on that console.

    to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps as mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
