    Subscription is paid but console still says I have to update my subscription...


    My account is current and active but my xbox says I have to add a plan. Uhh, there already is a plan and it has already been deducted from my bank account. How do I or better yet Xbox Live correct this issue?

    "Sorry this console cannot play till your subscription payments are up to date" this is a complete falsehood as the payments and subscription service is up to date.

    Gold membership suspended until payment update

    My Xbox says my gold subscription has been suspended until i update my payment method....i updated it and i still cant play online....or even connect but I'm paid up until Oct. 3...please help

    You would need to try contacting support directly and speaking to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

    That sounds like the message that is given if you have the Entertainment for all Plan. Where you purchase the console for $99 and pay monthly for 2 years. So it wouldn't be account specific.
