    Good Evening, since yesterday for unknown reasons I cannot use online services because my Xbox Live subscription is suspended but I'm not sure if it is due a temporary ban of my account or because My 1 year subscription to Gold through redeem code is in
    conflict with the automatic renewal which I would like to cancel to renew the subscription through redeem codes.

    I do not really wanna say which one is better because I do not really liek the fact you have to pay a subscription in order to play online, I know it kinda helps to avoid piracy, but come on, what's going to happen after the subscription expires?

    Family Subscription help!!

    You will either need to use a prepaid Microsoft points card on your account or have the master/parent account grant you the points to be able to buy the game. As long as you've got enough Microsoft points on your account you should have no issue buying
    a game from it.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there are no information yet from Microsoft or Ubisoft themselves.

    No worries, what I did on my end is to search a Ubisoft+ on the store and then try downloading it from there.

    Based on the description, you are getting unknown charges from your bank which cannot be determined who made the purchase. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

    We would like to set your proper expectation that here in community forum, we do not have the advanced tool to check account's charges and history of purchases made on the account. What we can do to help address your concern is providing you enough information or point you back to our live support channel to check further on the charges.

    We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

    1. Can you tell us the description of the charge? If it has a description like MSinfo bill, then the charge is coming from Microsoft.

    2. Have you check your order history on your account's page or through this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders?

    3. Did you check your kids account if your card was added to their accounts?

    For the meantime, to prevent unauthorized charge, consider creating Microsoft Family settings app and managed your kids spending so that your kids cannot purchase online through Microsoft store and sites without your permission. See: Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety - Microsoft Support

    Additionally, consider changing your card or replacing it from your provider so that the information will be changed causing it an error if in case it was tied up to an account without your permission.
