    Hi_

    My XBOX ONE is not able to load my subscriptions (Live GOLD & EA) and also I am not able to check the GOLD Store on my console (error: "Sorry there was a problem opening this page. Please try again in a moment.)

    It started few weeks ago so I made a chat with XBOX Support and we tried with the profile remove or Factory reset but nether of them helped.

    When I checked a GOLD free game in the XBox store (The Banner Sega 2 is free with GOLD) and tied to buy with "Free with GOLD" button the Xbox asked to purchase a new subscription.

    Now I am waiting to have my current subscription canceled by Support and
    replace it with a code.

    Profile is corrupted

    When I try to open Games with Gold I get the following error: Sorry, there was a problem opening this page. Please try again in a moment. After I went to subscriptions, where I got the 0x80bd0006 error.

    Tried to remove and add the profile again, with reboot, but no luck Subscription error 0x86bd0006 and Sorry there was a problem opening this page. Please try ... :( I have a Live membership, and can get the games online but this is frustrating.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Issue while log in to the gold page

    Hi all!

    It is for a month that I couldn't get in to my Gold page. There is a message: "sorry, there was a problem opening this page. pleas try again in a moment."

    I am from Hungary, did anybody else meet this problem?

    Hi!

    After my subscription has been canceled by Support.

    The Subscriptions loaded and I saw my EA subscription and Gold Sore just worked fine.

    With the new Code I can use GOLD Store again.

    Thanks for the awesome support.

    Hello Drgreycats!

    If nothing helped for you (reset, logoff, refresh the profile...etc.) You have to chat with Support team and ask to cancel you current subscription. This is what is solved my problem immediately.

    Than Support will send few codes to replace your LIVE GOLD subscription.
