Subscription Charges.

I want to know if the following picture means i have back payment or not, because on the microsoft site it says i have a back-payment thingy but on the xbox site it says i have no subscriptions. I also don't know if i have recurring bills on or off

Do you see 2-3 1 dollar charges which are verification charges not the subscription charge

The 3rd will be the subscription

Whenever buying something you get a couple 1 dollar charges to test if your card works or not

They are usually returned in 24hours

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. If you cancel the subscription most times it auto refunds the charge if recently charged.
Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
turn off recurring charge.
