    Subscription Activated on the Wrong Account


    Hello. I need a little help.

    My youngest brother's birthday is today and so my Grandmother bought him a 12 month subscription code from amazon. She didn't fully understand how the code worked, and followed the instructions that came with the code about making an Xbox account to redeem
    the code. And thus, this account was made and the 12 month subscription is on this account.

    So, my question is: Is there any way to either transfer the subscription, refund the purchase, or otherwise not have to spend another 60 dollars to repurchase the subscription?

    I recently bought Batman Arkham City GOTY edition for PC and it had signed me in onto my friends account without me realizing it. I just copy/pasted the steam cd key, hit enter, and I immediately saw the mistake I had made. Is there any way I can get it
    to deactivate on his account and reactivate it on mine, or something along the lines of a transfer? I hope i posted this in the right section.

    Hey there, your account is also showing as silver. If this account is the one that is subscribed to gold, you should see your active subscription on this page.

    But if you don't see any active subscription, then you're using the wrong account. If you're still able to sign in your profile on the 360 fine, you could check the correct email assigned to your account.

    Hello,

    If you paid for Xbox LIVE on the wrong account you would need to contact phone support to have them cancel the account and refund you for the transaction. Once that's done, you will then need to purchase Xbox LIVE on the proper account.

    That will be the only explanation, WinBro1. If you will reset the console keeping your games and apps that will remove all of the accounts logged in as well as accounts that set their account as Home Xbox on your console and by doing that you will also lose access to the subscription since you have mentioned that you don't have one as active.

    Don't worry, as long as you're not doing anything wrong there shouldn't be any problem with you playing online without locating the account where the subscription is active. It's the console's feature to share a subscription.

    hi, I have bought 12 months subscription key from ebay.in. While activating subscription, an error message (something went wrong at our end, waiting bit might help). Therefore I could not activate my account.
