Subscribed to PC game pass beta, cannot download games

Hello,

Yesterday I subscribed to the PC game pass beta, and was able to download ARK Survival Evolved easily with no problems. However, now whenever I try to download any game pass game, whenever I roll my cursor over the install button an x appears on the cursor
and I'm unable to download it. How can I fix this?

We need some more info to help you better: Which games are you trying to download through the game pass? Do you get any error code?

I understand how finding yourself in such a situation could be confusing.

We actually have a support article that I suggest you try called Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10 if you haven't already.

When you get a chance, give the steps listed there a shot and let us know if that helped.

Specifically I'd like West of Loathing, but when I go to install/click there is this red circle with a line through it. When I try to click nothing happens, I do not get any error code.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

If you have Xbox Game Pass Console only, you would need to subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass PC Beta separately in order to access Game Pass content there. However, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes both versions (Console and PC).
