    Subscribed to one month free trial, says online play not available!


    Tried signing up for a free 2 day trial and received a confirmation. However when I tried to play GOW4 online it said 'online play not available' Also tried signing up for a free one month trial, but received the same error, 'online play not available'

    What the heck is going on??? I gave Microsoft my credit card info and God knows where the info actually went!!!

    So frustrated that people pay for this crappy service that I'm thinking about selling my xbox one and never going back!

    I have recently subcribed for a free 1 month trial but I can't play online and it says I have subscribed for free trial of gold, I need help.

    Free month subscription to gold...

    I have recently signed up for the free month of Xbox Live Gold, and every time I try to play multiplayer COD Advanced Warfare, it still says I do not have a gold membership and that I need to purchase one. But I was told that I got a free month when I subscribed.
    So now that I have subscribed why am I not able to play online?

    Xbox Live Gold trial problem

    Only one Xbox Live Gold free trial can be used/redeemed used under the same account. I just want to clarify, are you able to sign in and download your profile, and access the multiplayer feature of your online games? If you can, then that means that you
    already have the free trial. You will need to wait until the free trial expires before you can avail another free trial (code), or allow the same free trial to renew (if the free trial was subscribed from xbox.com).

    it works similar to the way old gold trial cards worked on xbox 360, everything comes with a free month or trial, this is for new subscribers only and not current subscribers.

    Hi, as with any brand new xbox 360 console you can get a free months trial of gold for up to three accounts. Other than that you have to pay to play online.

    The free trial is only available during the account creation process, once the account is created you cannot then go back and get the free trial.

    Sorry but this is wrong, there is no free online play its only available to PS+ subscribers.
