Subscribed to Gold but related content on dashboard (Games with Gold, Deals with Gold) not ...

I recently changed and updated the credit card attached to my account, and confirmed through live.xbox that the card was successfully charged for the annual subscription and good until 11/3/2015, but the content related to having a Gold account, such as
the Games with Gold and Deals with Gold tiles that appear on my Xbox 360 home screen, have not returned. In fact, I am getting tiles soliciting me to upgrade to Gold, like "Join Gold today".

I have chatted and been on the phone with support, but they have been unable to resolve the issue (I am not really sure they fully understood the problem). I have deleted and reloaded my profile, as well as cleared the content cache, but still not seeing
the Gold content.

Any ideas? Where the the Gold content go?

I have contacted support 3 times now about this issue with no resolve. For the past 2 month games with gold and deals with gold tiles are not showing up on my son's profile on the xbox 360 dashboard. I have troubleshooted with Microsoft support by clearing
cache on console, removing profile and re-adding it, the updates for the console were also deleted and re-download, the harddrive was removed and re-installed, and still the games with gold/deals with gold aren't showing up, on his profile, yet the games with
gold/deal with gold is showing up on other profiles that are on the same console. Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

Sorry to hear the tile is missing. Which country are you in? Some countries do not show those tiles correctly.

What you can do though is keep an eye on Major Nelson's blog for listings of the free games that are available.

Hi there. There are a couple of things you can do to resolve this little hiccup. First, try clearing the update cache on your xbox 360, then sign out and back into xbox LIVE. If this does not resolve the problem then recover your gamertag. or redownlod ur
profile

 

I am having this same exact issue, generated by similar conditions. I had an account issue, so xbox cancelled my live account and generated prepaid numbers for me. Since then, I can't access gold deals/games from the menu (as stated above).

 

Ah. cleared the cache twice in a row. Seems to have fixed it.

 

Just trying to pick up my latest games with gold via PC for my 360(Plants Vs Zombies) which expires tomorrow and its trying to bill my credit card 14.99 which is the regular price.
